复方苦参注射液在胆管癌术后化疗中的评价

目的 评价复方苦参注射液在胆管癌术后化疗中的作用.方法 治疗组应用常规化疗方案加复方苦参注射液静脉滴注,对照组行常规化疗方案,均4周为1个疗程,计6个疗程.结果 治疗组恶心、呕吐、口腔炎、腹痛发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗组化疗前后白细胞变化差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,对照组化疗后白细胞下降明显,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗组化疗后Karnofsky评分有不同程度上升,但差异无统计学意义.对照组化疗后Karnofsky评分降低,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.两组术后1年复发率相比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 复方苦参注射液虽不能明显提高胆管癌术后化疗的疗效,但能显著减轻胆管癌术后化疗的毒副反应,提高患者生活质量。

Evaluation of composite Kushen injection in postoperative chemotherapy of bile duct carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the effect of composite Kushen injection in postoperative chemotherapy of bile duct carcinoma.Methods The treatment group used conventional chemotherapy plus composite Kushen injection intravenous drip,while the control group routine chemotherapy regimens,as a course of 4weeks,count 6courses.Results In the treatment group,incidence of nausea,vomiting,stomatitis,abdominal pain were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was significant.White blood cells changes before and after chemotherapy in treatment group had no obvious difference,WBC of the control group after chemotherapy decreased significantly,the difference was significant.Karnofsky score of treatment group after chemotherapy rose to different extent,but there was no significant difference.Karnofsky score of the control group after chemotherapy reduced,and had significant difference.There was no significant difference of one year postoperative recurrence in the two groups.Conclusion Composite Kushen injection cannot obviously improve the therapeutic efficacy of bile duct carcinoma postoperative chemotherapy,but can significantly reduce the side reaction of postoperative chemotherapy of bile duct carcinoma,improve the patients quality of life.
