亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的临床研究

目的探讨亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的诊断及替代治疗.方法设定亚临床甲状腺功能减退症组（20例）和正常对照组（20例）,分别测定血清甲状腺激素（FT4、TT4）、促甲状腺激素（TSH）、甲状腺球蛋白抗体（TG-Ab）、甲状腺微粒体抗体（Tm-Ab）、血脂,同时作甲状腺B超检查.结果亚临床甲状腺功能减退症组治疗前后的血清TSH明显下降,血清总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均降低,和正常对照组比较有统计学差异.结论亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的临床表现不典型,确诊后应予替代治疗,定期随访.

Clinical Research on Clinic Deuto- hypothyroidism

Objective Probe into the diagnosis and substitution therapy of clinical deuto - hypothyroidism. Methods Set 20 deuto -hypothyroidism patients as a group and 20 normal as control group to measure the value of their FT4 and TT4 of blood serum, thyrotropic hormone,thyroglobulin antiboadies, thyromicrosomal antibody and blood fat,the B ultrasound are applied to them respectively at the same time. Results The statistical discrepancy exists between Deuto- hypothyroidism patients group and control group consists of normal people. The value of blood serum and thyrotropic hormone of the Deuto - hypothyroidism patients dropped down clearly after therapy, the value of both serum total cholesterol and low- density lipoproteincholesterol are declined.The statistical discrepancy is shown up by comparison of before therapy and after tberapy.Conclusion The clinical menifetation of Deuto - hypothyroidism is not typical ;the substitution therapy shall be applied to the patient after confirmed diagnosis.
