| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经颈椎后路侧块固定术在治疗颈椎伤病中的疗效。方法 1999年3月-2000年10月，采用经颈椎后路侧块固定术治疗各种颈椎伤病42例。随访时间4—24个月，平均13个月。结果 近期随访结果满意。颈椎疾患，Nurick评分平均改善2．3级；颈椎外伤，Frankel评分平均改善1．9级。结论 经颈椎后路侧块固定术是一种安全有效的治疗方法；远期疗效有待进一步随访。

| Abstract: | Objective Evaluate the short - term effects of cervical lateral mass fixation. Methods From Mar. 1999 to Oct. 2000, we had treated 42 patients with various cervical trauma and diseases. The follow-up time was 4-24 months (average 13months). Results The results were satisfactory in short -term follow - up. Among the varions cervical disorder patients, the Nurick score has been improved with average 2. 3 degrees. As for the cervical trauma patients, the Frankel score has been up to average 1.9 degrees. Conclusion Cervical lateral mass fixation is considered to be a safe and effective method of treatment, but long - term follow - up is required. |
