女性生殖道支原体感染的治疗观察

目的　探讨治疗女性生殖道支原体感染、防止复发的有效方法。方法　 84例患者随机分为 2组 ,1组阿奇霉素静脉滴注加口服 ,疗程 14天 ;2组单纯口服 ,疗程 14天 ,并随访 3月。结果　 1组有效率为 10 0 % ,2组为 81.0 % ,复发率 1组为 0 ,2组为 33 .3 %。结论　静脉滴注加口服阿奇霉素、疗程 14天是治疗女性生殖道支原体感染较好的方法之一。

The Observation to the Treatment of the Myocoplasmas Infection of the Female Genitalia

Objective To assess the effective and best method to treat and prevent the relapse of the myocoplasmas infection in female genitalia.Methods To choose the effective method of the azithrpmycin to myocoplasma infection.84 cases were divided into 2 groups.1 group were administrated through venous and oral way in 14 days.2 group were administrared only through venus in 14 days.Follow up all patients in 3 months.Results The cured rate of 1 group is 100%;the cured rate of 2 group is 81.0%.There were no relapse in 1 group.The relapse rate of 2 group is 33.3%.Conclusion To administrated azithromycin through venous and oral way in a therapy period lasting for 14 days is one of the best method to treat the myociplasmas infection in female genitalia and prevent the relapse.
