| 摘 要： | 目的：建立一种新的紫金龙鉴别法以及简便识别植物药中普罗托品和右旋异紫堇丁成份的方法。方法：将紫金龙生药根粉的乙醇提取液，用薄层层析法特殊试剂展开、显色。结果：分别得到重现性好的Ｒｆ值。结论：用本法可快速识别草药紫金龙及其制剂中普罗托品和右旋异紫堇丁的存在。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study a simple method of recognizing Protopine and Isocrydine.Methods:Protopine and Isocorydine were extracted by alcohol from Dactylicapnos scandens gruffs powder,chromatographed by thin layer Al2O3 with three different developers and stained. Results:Three effective developers were prepared and Rf values of the two components were determined.Conclusion:The method can readily be used in the recognition of Protopine and Isocrydine in herbal medicine and its products. |
