珠海市农村地区2010年华支睾吸虫感染情况调查及其危险因素分析

目的了解珠海市农村地区华支睾吸虫感染和流行现状,为制定防治规划提供科学依据。方法采用改良加藤厚涂片法(kato-katz法)检查华支睾吸虫虫卵,并进行华支睾吸虫知晓和防治状况调查。结果本次抽样调查斗门区5个乡镇共1000人,检出华支睾吸虫感染者63人,以中年男性为主,总感染率为6.3%(63/1000)。被调查者对于肝吸虫防治知识的知晓率为87.8%,生熟食品砧板分开成为感染华支睾吸虫病的保护性因素(OR=0.11,OR95%C.I.(0.02-0.62)。结论珠海市农村地区华支睾吸虫感染率低于全省平均水平,肝吸虫防治知识知晓率较高,生熟食品砧板分开是感染华支睾吸虫病的保护因素。

Epidemiological investigation and analysis of risk factors of Clonorchis sinensis infection in rural area of Zhuhai city in 2010

Objective To understand the current status of Clonorchis sinensis infection for making effective control measures in rural area of Zhuhai city. Methods Modified Kato-Katz method was used to detect the Clonorchis sinensis eggs in feces. Knowledge and Prevention of Clonorchis sinensis were investigated. Results 1000 respondents in 5 towns were investigated, and 6.3% of them were infected. Middle-aged men were the main infected groups. The awareness rate of Clonorchis sinensis prevention knowledge was 87.8% . Using the different chopping board for handling both cooked and raw foods was the protective measure for avoid infection of Clonorchis sinensis OR=0.11,OR95% C.I.(0.02-0.62)]. Conclusion The rate of Clonorchis sinensis infection was lower than the provincial average of Guangdong province. The awareness rate of Clonorchis sinensis prevention knowledge was high. Using the different chopping board for handling both cooked and raw foods was the protective measure to avoid infection of Clonorchis sinensis.
