| 摘 要： | 应用mRNA差异显示技术，采用引物T12MA和任意引物A，发现在自发性高血压大鼠（SHR）和正常对照大鼠（WKY）血管平滑肌之间mRNA转录有明显不同；已筛选出数种特异的SHR和WKYcDNA克隆，并进行序列分析。在大鼠最新基因文库中，所筛选出的这几个cDNA克隆无同源性。

| Abstract: | Hypertension is considered to be a multifactorial genetic trait and some genes are responsible for blood pressure differences between SHR and WKY. We have applied differential display technology to the identification of mRNAs differenti ally expressed in the vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC)of these two strains. One set of combinant primers (T12 MA and arbitrary primer A) has been used to search for differences between VSMC and mRNAs. Several WKY-specifically or SHRspecifically expressed cDNAs were picked out. One of them has been cloned and partially sequenced,and was found not homologous with any known rat sequences in the updated databank.Further genetic and functional analysis of this cDNA clone is under study. |
