| 摘 要： | 通过对８５３例下肢静脉曲张病人的临床和静脉造影资料的分析，指出交通支瓣膜功能损害以小腿下１／３（足靴区）为最多见，距足底１０～１５ｃｍ发生率最高，占８７．２９％（９５５／１０９４）。在交通支瓣膜功能不全时，下肢皮肤营养改变和溃疡的发生率呈高发倾向。有交通支逆流的皮肤营养改变和溃疡的发生率为６７．９７％（４５２／６５５），而无交通支逆流的仅为２３．４０％（４４／１８８）。因而在外科治疗中应重视对功能不全的交通支的处理。

| Abstract: | Clinical and venographic features of 853 patient with saphenous varicosity mere analyzed.It was found that valvular insufficiency of perforative veins presented itself(ostly in the lower 1/3 of the leg,particulary at the lever 10-15cm above the heel 955/1094 1egs,87.29%).The more pronounced the venous reflux in these veins,the higher corbidity of nutritional changes and ulceration of the overlying skin would be. These 2omplications occurred in 67.97%(452/665) of patients with the reflux;while only in i3.40%(44/188) of those without the insufficiency.The results suggested that it is of primary lmportance to handle the perforative vein insufficiency in the treatment of lower leg varicosity. |
