神经肌电图在诊断运动神经元病中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨神经肌电图在诊断运动神经元病中的作用。方法选测3个以上有或无病理改变的肢体的肌电图及神经电图。结果大多数肌肉出现插入电位延长和/或出现少量-大量(+ - +++)纤颤、正锐波,运动单位电位高宽,重收缩时运动单位电位募集密度减小,小部分患者运动神经传导速度减慢、运动末梢潜伏时延迟。感觉神经传导基本正常。结论神经肌电图在诊断运动神经元病中有非常重要的意义。

Abstract:Objective The discussion nerve myo-electrograph gets sick the function in the diagnosis motoneuron. Methods Selects to measure above 3 has or the non-pathology change body myo-electrograph and the nerve electrograph. Results The majority muscle appears the insertion electric potential to lengthen with/or appears few are massive( + - +++) the filament to tremble, the sharp wave, the movement unit electric potential high width, when heavy contraction the movement unit electric potential collects the density to reduce, the young partial patients efferent nerve conduction speed reduces speed, when the movement end ambush retards. The sensory nerve conduction basic is normal. Conclusion The nerve myo-electrograph gets sick in the diagnosis motoneuron has the count for much significance.
