加替沙星氯化钠注射液和盐酸左旋氧氟沙星注射液随机对照治疗呼吸系统感染

目的：评价盐酸加替沙星治疗急性细菌性感染的安全性和有效性。方法：通过区组随机对照临床试验的方法，完成实验药及对照药治疗呼吸道感染各20例的临床试验。结果：盐酸加替沙星组与盐酸左旋氧氟沙星组的痊愈率分别为55．0％和60．0％；有效率分别为90．0％和95．0％，两组痊愈率和有效率无统计学显著差异(P＞0．05)。结论；加替沙星对呼吸系统感染可获得较好的临床疗效和微生物学效果，耐受性较好，不失为敏感菌感染可选药物。

Gatifloxacin and Levofloxacin to Cure Respiratory Ifection by Randomly and Comparative Trial

OBJECTIVE: To study the effective of gatifloxacin to cure acute bacteria infection. METHOD: Forty patients were randomly divided into two groups. Each subject was given 5 or 7 days injection. RESULTS: The total cure rate of gatifloxacin and levofloxacin were 55.0%,60.0%. The total response rate were 90.0% and 95.0%. There was no significant difference in the effective rate between gatifloxacin and levofloxacin.(P>0.05). CONCLUSION: Gatifloxacin was a effective drug to cure respiratory infection.
