| 摘 要： | 目的:了解急诊科医护人员的心理健康状况,分析影响心理健康的因素,提出促进急诊科医护人员心理健康的措施,为该特定人群的心理评估和心理保健工作提供依据. 方法:应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对我国4所综合性大医院急诊科的298名医护人员进行调查,并将结果与国内常模评分进行比较. 结果:急诊科医护人员的各因子分和总均分均高于常模,差异具有统计学意义. 急诊科医护人员的心理状况主要表现在焦虑、敌对和抑郁等方面. 结论:急诊科医护人员的心理健康状况明显差于一般人群,其主要表现为焦虑、敌对和抑郁等.

| Abstract: | AIM: To analyze the factors that may affect the mental health of medical workers in emergency medicine, and to provide more evidence to help them to be mentally healthy. METHODS: Through purposive sampling, 298 emergency medical workers, who came from 4 large-scale general hospitals in China, were interviewed with the symptom checklist-90 (SCL-90). The scores were compared with those of the Chinese norm. RESULTS: The average symptom score and all factor scores of SCL-90 were significantly higher than those of the Chinese norm (P<0.05), especially in anxiety, hostility and depression. CONCLUSION: The mental health status of emergency medical workers is worse than the Chinese norm. Anxiety, hostility and depression are common psychological problems among them. |
