开远市狂犬病防治对策的研究

摘    要:目的:探索狂犬病的基本防治方法、控制狂犬病传播。方法:开展病例流行病学调查和狂犬疫苗免疫后抗狂犬病毒抗体测定并进行分析。结果:1987~1990年发病率3.12/10万(发病30例),1991~2002年发病率0.03/10万(发病1例),1991~2002年共测定抗狂犬病毒抗体4216名,抗体阳性率91.48%。12年间共减少狂犬病发病94例,避免各种经济损失9944354元,根据成本效益分析,取得9703634元的净效益,每年净效益808636元。结论:严格的犬类管理,及时伤口处理,注射狂犬疫苗和抗狂犬病毒血清,可以预防人间狂犬病和降低发病率。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the basic methods of the prevention and cure of the rabies and control the prevalence of the rabies.Methods:In order to study the immune effect of rabies vaccine,epidemiological surveillance and antibody level of immunized rabies cases was conducted.Results:The average incidence rate was 3.12/100,000 per year(30 cases) from 1987 to 1990,0.03/100,000 per year(1case) from 1991 to 2002. 4216 people were tested after immunization from 1991 to 2002.The seroconversion rate of the rabies vaccine was 91.4%.94 cases were reduced in 12 years,avoiding $ 9 944 354 losses.And according to the cost-benefit analysis,there are $ 9 703 634 net benefits,average $ 808 636 per year.Conclusion:In order to prevent the rabies and reduce the incidence rate of the rabies,we must manage the dogs strictly,deal with the wound and inject the rabies vaccine and anti-rabies virus serum in time.
