| 摘 要： | 目的:调查分析临床操作者在外周静脉穿刺前消毒方法的实施情况。方法:选择8家三级甲等医院,观察227例外周静脉穿刺前的消毒方法。结果:近半数的外周静脉穿刺前的消毒方法不正规。结论:外周静脉穿刺前的皮肤消毒是防止微生物侵入人体的关键环节之一,如果消毒方法不规范,微生物就会通过该途径进入人体,给病人带来危害。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the implementation situation of the disinfection method that clinical nurse uses before the circumference venipuncture.Methods:Eight hospitals were choosed,and 227 examples of the disinfection method before circumferences venipuncture were observed.Results:Nearly half of the examples on whom the disinfection method before the circumference venipuncture were carried are not correct.Conclusion:The disinfection before the puncture is one of the most important methods to prevent the microorganism enters the human body.If the method of the disinfection is not correct,the microorganism will enter the human body and do harm to the body. |
