判别分析在评估动脉粥样硬化程度中的临床应用

目的 通过对动脉粥样硬化观察指标进行判别分析来简单、快捷地评估动脉粥样硬化的程度。方法 通过脑电阻图检查将研究对象分为3组，分别进行血糖、血脂、血压、内皮素、一氧化氮及脑循环动力学检查和眼底动脉的检测，通过逐步判别分析法进行分析。结果 判别分析法得出三个不同的方程式，分别评估轻度、中度和重度动脉粥样硬化。结论 内皮素、一氧化氮、患者年龄、眼底动脉的硬化分级和脑循环动力学的各项指标对评估动脉粥样硬化的程度有非常重要的作用。此判别分析法临床使用简便、快捷，有一定的实用价值。

Application of discrimination analysis in evaluating the degree of atherosclerosis

Objective To evaluate the degree of atherosclerosis(AS) quickly and simply with discrimination analysis.Methods All patients were divided into three groups by brain resistance chart,whose blood glucose,blood cholesterin,blood pressure,endothelin,nitric oxide,brain ultrasonic and eyeground artery were examined and then analyzed by discrimination.Results Three equations were given to evaluate the degree of AS.Conclusions It is important to evaluate the degree of AS by endothelin,nitric oxide,age,brain ultrasonic and eyeground artery.The discrimination analysis has certain clinical value and can be used quickly and simply.
