摘    要:目的 观察海水浸泡肢体火器伤时,骨骼肌组织内一氧化氮(NO)水平变化,探讨与组织继发损伤的关系。方法 以高速钢球射击兔后肢,伤后将兔颈以下浸泡于人工海水中30分钟,伤前及伤后6、12、24小时分别切取伤道周围骨骼肌组织,测定组织内NO氧化产物亚硝酸盐、Na^+-k^+-ATP酶活性、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)以及过氧化脂质产物丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果 海水浸泡火器伤骨骼肌组织NO水平明显较伤前升高(

Abstract:Objective To study the nitric oxide(NO) level of firearm wounded skeletal muscle of rabbits extremities and its relation to the secondary injury. Methods The rabbits thighs were shot with high velocity steel spheres and the wounded rabbits were soaked in artifidal seawater for 30mins. The samples of the skeletal muscle wer excied from the sites around the wound track before and 6h, 12h, 24h after wounding. Nitrite,oxidation product of NO and Na+ - K+ - ATPase activity, tumor necrosis factor(TNF) and malondialdehyde (MDA ) contents were assayed in the samples. Results The NO level of firearm wounded skeletal muscle after seawater immersion was markedly increased as compared with the level before wounding and it negatively related with the decreasing Na+ - K+ - ATPase activity(r = - 0. 76, P<0. 01 ) and positively with the increasing TNF and MDA oontents after wounding(r =0. 46, P< 0. 05; r = 0. 82, P< 0. 01 ). Conclusion The NO level of the skeletal muscle axound the wound track after seawater immersion increases and it may be an important biochemical factor for aggravation of the peroxidation and suppression of the membranous enzyme activity and secondary injury to the muscle.
