经乳晕、前胸壁径路腔镜下甲状腺手术的临床应用

目的：探讨甲状腺的手术方法。方法：回顾分析2007年5月至7月我科行经乳晕、前胸壁径路腔镜下甲状腺手术30例病人的临床资料。结果：本组30例患者均经乳晕、前胸壁径路腔镜下成功完成，手术时间80～180min，术中出血量为10～50ml，术后引流量为20～150ml，术后住院时间为3～7d。有1例并发皮肤灼伤，10d后痂下愈合；有1例有皮下瘀斑，2周后全吸收；无其它并发症。结论：经乳晕、前胸壁径路腔镜下甲状腺手术是一种安全可靠、美容效果较好的手术方法。

Clinic application of endoscopic thyroidectomy via breast areola approach and the anterior chest wall

Objective: To explore the methods of thyroidectomy.Methods: Thirty cases of endoscopic thyroidectomy via the breast areola and anterior chest wall approach from May 2007 to July 2007 were analyzed retrospectively.Results: Thirty cases were all succeeded in operation via breast areola and the anterior chest wall approach.The operative time was 80~180 min.The blood volume was 10~50 ml.The drainage within the first day after the operation was 20~150 ml.The mean postoperative hospital stay was 3~7 days. Conclusions: Endoscopic thyroidectomy via anterior chest and breast areola approach have good cosmetic results.It is safe to treat the papillary carcinoma(microcarcinoma) by endoscopic method.
