临床护士心理健康调查研究

目的：分析临床护士心理健康与工作压力源的相关性,统计临床护士心理健康水平和影响心理健康的因素。方法：采用问卷形式对青岛市市立医院400名临床护士进行调查,采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和护士工作压力源量表调查临床护士的心理健康与工作压力。结果：本研究临床护士心理健康状况两种因素,敌对低于常模（P=0.01）;人际关系敏感低于常模（P=0.03）,一种因素精神病性高于常模（P=0.03）。压力源得分普遍较低,感受最高的压力源是工作特征,而感受最低的压力源是人际冲突。相关研究工作压力源与SCL-90呈显著正相关。结论：部分临床护士存在心理问题;临床护士的工作压力比普通人大。

Survey Research on Psychological Health of Nurses

Objective：To study the characteristics of mental stressors among nurses and find out the major factors.Method：Nurses work in Qingdao hospitals were investigated.In this study Symptom SCL-90） and the job stressors Questionnaire were used.Result：The mean score of SCL-90 was （1.57±0.39）,and the scores of hostility and interpersonal sensitivity were lower compared with general model（P=0.01,P=0.03）.Score of psychotics was higher than general（P=0.03）.Stressors score were lower.The scores of job character were the highest, and the scores of interpersonal conflict were the lowest.Job stressors had a positive correlation with SCL-90. Conclusion：A part of nurses had psychological problems.
