摘    要:细胞免疫治疗技术作为一项新的治疗手段,近年来在临床上相对传统疗法发挥了其特有的优势,已逐渐成为研究的热点。T细胞作为免疫细胞的重要组成部分,已在细胞治疗领域得到越来越广泛的应用。作者对辅助型T细胞、细胞毒性T细胞和调节性T细胞3类亚群的作用机制与临床应用进行综合评述,并对树突状细胞 细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞、自然杀伤T细胞、γδ T细胞、CD3单克隆抗体激活的杀伤细胞4种T细胞亚群在肿瘤治疗领域的应用进行详细比较。随着医学免疫学、细胞生物学及病理生理学的发展,细胞免疫治疗将发挥其更为重要的作用。

Abstract:Cellular immune therapy as a new treatment, play its unique clinical advantages to traditional therapy in recent years. It has gradually become the research hot spot. T cells as an important part of the immune cells, have been widely used in the field of cell therapy. In this paper, we give a comprehensive review on the mechanism and clinical application of 3 classes of T cell subgroup, i.e. assistive T calls, cytotoxic T cells and regulatory T cells, and 4 types of commonly used cells in the field of tumor treatment, i.e. dendritic cells cytokine induced killer cells, natural killer T cells, gamma delta T and CD3AK cells. With the development of medical immunology, cell biology and pathophysiology, cellular immune therapy will play an important role.
