大型综合医院门诊感染控制与管理

目的 探讨和总结综合医院门诊感染控制和管理的方法和经验。方法 归纳统计门诊感染管理重点科室及门诊部各科室空气及诊疗器械带菌情况。结果 门诊感染管理重点科室有门诊手术室、注射室、输液室、口腔科等；门诊部流行菌株有金黄色葡萄球菌、肠球菌属、假单胞菌属、大肠埃希菌、克雷伯菌属及不动杆菌同等。结论 加强门诊部医院感染管理刻不容缓。

Infection Control and Management in Outpatient Department of Large General Hospitals

OBJECTIVE To discuss and summarise the methods and experience of infection control and management of outpatient department in general hospitals.METHODS The status of air and medical equipment in the key departments of outpatient infective control was analyzed.RESULTS The key places of outpatient infection management are outpatient operation room, injection room, infusion room, stomatological department, etc. The popular strains in outpatient department are Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus, Pseudomoas, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella and Acinetobacter.CONCLUSIONS It is time to take some effective measures to control nosocomial infection in outpatient department.
