| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨前列腺素E1 (PGE1 )注射治疗勃起功能障碍 (ED)的疗效。方法 :应用Rigiscan检查筛选出ED患者 176例 ,采用前列腺素E1 ,自行阴茎海绵体注射治疗 ,观察临床疗效。结果 :前列腺素E1 阴茎海绵体注射可使74 .8%的患者性生活得到明显改善 ;2 3.9%的患者注射药物后感阴茎轻微胀痛 ;未发现异常勃起及海绵体纤维化等副作用。结论 :前列腺素E1 是治疗ED患者的一种安全有效和副作用小的药物 ,Rigiscan能帮助确定PGE1 的注射剂量。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the efficacy of self injection of aloprostadil sterille powder (prostaglandin E 1,caverject) in erectile dysfunction (ED) patients.Methods One hundred and seventy six ED patients were monitored by Rigiscan for self injection of aloprostadil sterille powder (prostaglandin E 1,caverject). Results Of all the patients, 74.8% had improved sexual satisfaction and quality of life, and only 23.9% experienced some mild pain after the injection. No priatoma hematoma or caverous fibrosis was observed. Conclusion Intracavernous injection of alprostadile sterile power is believed to be safe and effective for ED of various origins with relatively lower side effects. Rigiscan can help ascertain the dose of PGE 1. |
