| 摘 要： | 目的]观察普拉洛芬滴眼液在准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)术中的临床应用价值.方法]选取2005年6月至2005年12月在本院行LASEK术100例200眼,随机分为试验组(普拉洛芬滴眼液组)和对照组,对两组病例术后角膜刺激症状、上皮愈合情况进行对比观察.结果]试验组术后d1、d3角膜刺激症状明显轻于对照组.上皮愈合情况两组无明显差异.结论]在准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术中合理使用普拉洛芬滴眼液可以明显减轻术后患者的角膜刺激症状,不会影响角膜上皮的愈合.

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the application of Pranoprofen eyedrops in Laser-assisted subepithelial keratomileusis(LASEK)and its clinical value.Methods]Two hundred eyes of 100 patients,which have undergone LASEK in our hospital from June 2005 to Dec.2005,were randomly divided into study group(Pranoprofen eye drops group)and control group.Corneal irritation and healing of epithelium between these two groups were compared and observed.Results]Corneal irritation in the study group was much better than that of the control group on 1-day and 3-day after operation.However,there was no obvious difference in the healing of epithelium.Conclusion]Pranoprofen eyedrops can significantly alleviate corneal irritation after LASEK,and will not affect the healing of epithelium,nor increase the ratio of secondary ocular hypertension. |
