2007年济南市县级疾病预防控制机构人员与传染病防治能力调查

[目的]了解济南市县级疾病预防控制(疾控)机构传染病防治能力现状,为进一步加强全市传染病防治体系建设提供依据。[方法]从人力资源、检验能力、防控体系及效果等方面对济南市2007年所辖10个县级疾控机构进行调查。[结果]调查的10个县级疾病预防控制中心中,3个人员数量达到编制标准;有大专以上学历的占63.13%,有副高级以上职称者占12.41%;细菌检测检验指标、病毒检测指标平均能完成率分别为76.54%、34.62%,微生物检测24项设备平均拥有9.7项;2006~2007年,传染病平均报告率为99.88%,平均及时报告率为99.76%,网络直报平均审核及时率为99.88%;2006~2007年乙肝疫苗、卡介苗、脊灰疫苗、百白破混合制剂、麻疹疫苗的基础免疫报告接种率分别为99.66%、99.53%,99.98%、99.97%,98.75%、99.02%,99.09%、98.41%,98.63%、98.27%。[结论]针对当前工作现状,建议从改善人员结构、加大实验室投入、提高网络报告质量和加强免疫预防工作等方面,提高传染病防治能力。

Investigation on the Staff and their Abilities of Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases of CDC at County-level in Ji'nan City,2007
