| 摘 要： | 目的]了解粤西地区麻风病康复者生活状况及周边村民对其认知情况及其影响因素。方法]2010年7~8月,在粤西地区5个麻风病康复村,对53名麻风病康复者和154名周边村民进行调查。结果]调查康复村麻风病康复者53人,60岁以上的占83.02%;69.81%回答政府的补助金为每月200~299元,84.91%回答生活能基本自理;均表示希望生活能更好;24.53%回答生病时无人照顾。调查周边村民154名,58.44%不知道有康复村存在,40.26%知道康复村住的是一群残疾的麻风病康复者,70.13%表示了解麻风病康复者需要别人的帮助,如果是康复者的家属愿意接他们回家的占42.86%;26.90%表示见到康复者时不会感到恐惧或歧视。结论]粤西地区麻风病康复者生活水平较低,医疗条件较差。周边农村麻风病医学知识普及不够。
