复方鳖甲软肝片治疗乙肝肝纤维化15例临床观察——附人参鳖甲煎丸15例对照观察

目的 :观察中药复方鳖甲软肝片治疗肝炎后肝硬化患者的疗效。方法 :30例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各 15例。治疗组 ,予复方鳖甲软肝片 ,每日 3次每次 4粒 ;对照组 ,予人参鳖甲煎丸 ,每日 3次每次 10 g。两组疗程均为 6个月 ,治疗期间不加用其它保肝降酶及抗肝纤维化药物。结果 :治疗组胁痛、乏力、纳差、腹胀改善率分别为 80 %、73 3%、86 6 7%、93 3% ,对照组为 73 3%、6 6 6 7%、80 %、73 3% (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1)。肝功能指标 :两组ALT、AST、A、G、A/G治疗前后均有明显差异 (P <0 0 1) ,A、G、A/G治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,ALT、AST组间无明显差异。肝纤维化指标 :两组HA、LN、PC Ⅲ、Ⅳ C治疗前后有差异 (P <0 0 1) ,治疗组Ⅳ C降低优于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。两组治疗的总有效率分别为 86 87%、80 0 0 % ,组间无差异 ,总显效率分别为 6 6 6 6 %、4 0 0 0 % ,组间有差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :复方鳖甲软肝片有明显改善患者症状、肝功能 ,抗肝纤维化的作用

Clinical Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Complex Biejia Ruangan Tablet on 15 Patients with Hepatic Cirrhotic of Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective :To observe the therapeutic effect of complex Biejia Ruangan tablet on the hepatic cirrhotic of chronic hepatitis B. Method :30 patients with the hepatic cirrhotic of chronic hepatitis B were divided into therapeutic group and control group randomly,each includes 15 cases.The cases in the therapeutic group were treated with complex Biejia Ruangan tablet,4 tablets,tid.The cases in the control group was treated with Renshen Biejia pilulae,10g,tid.All cases have been treated for 6 months.The medicine in protecting liver,decreasing enzyme or resisting fibrosis was not used. Result :In the therapeutic group,the improvement rate of flank pain,inertia,loss of appetite and abdominal distension became 80%,73 3%,86 67%,93 3% respectively,while it was 73 3%,66 67%,80%,73 3% in the control group(0 01< P <0 05).After treatment in two groups ALT,AST,A,G,A/G were obviously decreased( P <0 01),between the two groups A,G,A/G were significantly different ( P <0 01)while ALT,AST were not different.After treatment HA,LN,PC Ⅲ,Ⅳ C were obviously decreased(0 01< P <0 05)in two groups,the decrease of Ⅳ C in therapeutic group are significantly superior to that in control group ( P <0 01).The total effective rate was 86 87%,80 00% respectively.There was no marked difference between the two groups.The noticeable effect were 66 66%,40 00%.There was significant difference ( P <0 01). Conclusion :Complex Biejia Ruangan tablet has a great effect on alleviating the symptom,improving the hepatic function and resisting hepatic fibrosis.
