类风湿关节炎患者与健康人HLA-DRB1*04基因分布的比较研究

目的探讨类风湿关节炎与HLA的相关性.方法对51名汉族健康人和35例患者进行了HLA-DRB1*04基因分布调查.基因分型自行设计合成引物,采用PCR-SSP方法测定基因型别.结果汉族健康人HLA-DRB1*04携带者为23.5%,类风湿关节炎患者为51.4%,两组差别非常明显(P＜0.001). 结论汉族人群类风湿关节炎发病原因与遗传有密切关系,并证明携带HLA-DRB1*04基因的人患该病的危险性明显增加.

A Comparative Study of the distribution of HLA - DRB1*04 gene in healthy persons and rheumatoid arthritis patients

Objective To explore the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis from its relation with HLA. Methods Fifty -one healthy persons of the Han nationality and thirty - five patients were investigated in distribution of HLA - DRB1 * 04 gene in this study. Classification of gene: The types of genes were classified by using PCR - SSP in conjunction with self- designed compound primer. Results There were 23.5% cases of the HLA - DRB1 * 04 holders in healthy peoples of the Han nationality and 51.4% cases of that in the patients with rheumatoid arthritis. There were significant difference between two groups (P < 0.001) . Conclusions The pathogeny of rheumatoid arthritis in persons of the Han nationality bears a close relation with heredity. It can markedly increase the risk of rheumatoid arthritis if the person bears HLA - DRB1 * 04 gene.
