| 摘 要： | 目的初步探讨心肺复苏后患者亚低温治疗对肺功能的影响。方法将20例心跳骤停、心肺复苏后患者随机分成亚低温组(10例)和常规组(10例),对比两组患者治疗后肺功能情况。结果两组患者治疗后肺静态顺应性、平台压比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);亚低温组比较常规组,动态顺应性、呼吸道阻力、气道峰压明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论亚低温治疗可以降低机体代谢,减轻肺负担,防止呼吸机相关性肺损伤。对心肺复苏后患者的肺功能保护起到一定的作用。
