| 摘 要： | 基于问题学习（PBL）教学法在发达国家高校的多种学科中已经被广泛应用，临床医学是综合性和实践性很强的学科，非常适合采用PBL教学法，PBL教学的基本要点是以学生为中心，基于问题，综合地，相互合作和交互式学习。PBL有助于培养和提高学生在自学，临床操作，团队合作，分析问题和解决问题等方面的能力。

| Abstract: | Problem-based Learning (PBL) has become a popular method of instruction of many subjects in developed countries. Clinical medicine is a high integrated and practical subject, it is very suited to apply PBL. The minimal essentials for PBL are student-centered, problem-based, integrated,collaborative, and reiterative learning. It is conducive to development of self-directed learning skills, clinical skills, team skills, and problem-solving skills. |
