| 摘 要： | 目的测定替米沙坦胶囊中替米沙坦的含量。方法采用紫外分光光度法,测定波长为296nm。结果替米沙坦在6.0984～14.2296μg·ml-1浓度范围内呈良好线性(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.63%(RSD=0.55%)。结论该法简便灵敏,准确可靠,可作为替米沙坦胶囊的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method to determine Telmisartan in capsules.Methods UV Spectrophotometry was used.The UV detection wavelength was 296 nm.Results Telmisartan had good linearity in the range of 6.0984～14.2296μg·ml -1 (r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.63%(RSD=0.55%).Conclusion The method was sensitive and simple,accurate and credible.It was suitable for measuring the contents of Telmisartan Capsules. |
