腹股沟疝无张力修补术92例

目的探讨腹股沟疝无张力修补术的疗效。方法采用法国Aspide公司产品：组织修补片，对92例各类腹股沟疝患者进行无张力修补治疗；观察手术方法、术后患者自主能力的恢复、术后伤口疼痛、并发症和复发率。结果与传统疝修补手术相比，具有方法简便、术后疼痛轻、恢复快、并发症少和复发率低的优点。结论这是一项更符合人体解剖结构和疝的病理生理的手术方法，与传统方法相比优势明显。

The Analysis of 92 Cases of Tension-free Repair of Inguinal Hernia Surgery

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of inguinal hernia tension-free repair. Methods French the Aspide company products ： tissue repair piece, tension-free repair treatment of 92 patients with various types of inguinal hernia patients. Ob- serve surgical techniques, postoperative recovery of autonomy, postoperative wound pain, complications, and recurrence rate. Re- suits The method is simple, compared with traditional hernia repair surgery, postoperative pain, faster recovery, fewer complica- tions, and the advantages of the low recurrence rate. Conclusion This is one more in line with the pathophysiology of human ana- tomical structures and hernia surgery, obvious advantages compared with traditional methods.
