C-反应蛋白、白细胞、中性粒细胞联合检测在小儿呼吸道感染性疾病的诊断价值

目的探讨C-反应蛋白、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数联合检测在小儿呼吸道感染性疾病中的临床价值。方法回顾调查532例已明确诊断的小儿呼吸道感染病例,收集这些病例C-反应蛋白、白细胞计数和中性粒细胞计数计数检测结果,运用统计学进行分析,同时检测50例健康体检儿童为对照组。结果细菌感染组与病毒感染组、对照组比较其C-反应蛋白和白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数计数明显升高,有显著性差异(P<0.05),白细胞升高以中性粒细胞升高为主,且C-反应蛋白增高比较明显,出现时间较早。结论在小儿呼吸道感染性疾病中,联合检测白细胞、中性粒细胞与C-反应蛋白有助于小儿感染性疾病的早期鉴别诊断,对于细菌感染和病毒感染的鉴别诊断有重要价值,尤其是C-反应蛋白敏感,快速,阳性率较高,其检测结果比白细胞及中性粒细胞计数对诊断更为敏感。

Application of Combined Detection of C-reactive Protein, Leukocyte and Neutrophils Count in Pediatric Respiratory Tract Infectious Diseases

Objective To study the value of detection of CRP, Leukocyte and Neutrophils count in pediatric Respiratory tract infectious diseases. Methods Total 532 cases of Respiratory tract infectious children were determined whole blood CRP level, leu- kocyte count and Neutrophils count respectively, simultaneous determination of 50 healthy children as the control group. Results The CRP, leukocyte count and Neutrophils count in the bacterial infection group were significantly higher than the virus infection and the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）o Neutrophils mainly increased in the bacterial infection group. The level of C-reactive protein was significantly higher and earlier than that of normal value. Conclusions Combined detec- tion of C-reactive protein, leukocyte and Neutrophils in patients is beneficial for differential diagnosis of pediatric Respiratory tract in- fectious diseases early. It is important for diagnosis and differential diagnosis value of bacterial infection and viral infection. C-reac- tive protein is particularly sensitive, rapid, highpositive rate, the detection results than the leukocyte and neutrophil count is more sen- sitive for diagnosis.
