进行家长的健康教育对低出生体重儿发育水平的影响

目的提高低出生体重儿的健康素质和健康水平。方法对1996-2006年43名低出生体重儿的家长采用形式多样的健康教育方法，在低出生体重儿满12月龄时进行生长发育评价，满9月龄时进行发育筛查测验（DST）筛查。结果43名低出生体重儿出生时100％为下等体重发育水平，经健康教育至12个月时，体重发育水平为：中等发育水平25人，占58.1％；中上等发育水平7人，占16.3％；中下等发育水平7人，占16.3％；下等发育水平4人，占9.3％。DST筛查结果显示均属于正常范围。结论做好低出生体重儿监护人的健康教育，对促进儿童生长发育和健康成长有重要意义。

Effect of Health Education for Parents on Growth Level of Children with Low Birth Weight

Objective] To improve the healthy diathesis and the healthy level of low-birth-weight infants.Methods]43 low-birth-weight infants which were born in 1996-2006 were carried on the intervention instruction with various health education methods, and were carried on the growth appraisal when they were in 12 months old, carried on the DST screening when they were in 9 months old. Results]43 low-birth-weight infants all were in the lower level of development at birth. After 12 months of health education, the body weight growth level of them was as follows ：25 were in the middle level of development （58.1%）;7 were in the middle upper level of development（16.3%） ;7 were in the middle lower level of development（16.3%）;4 were in the lower level of development （9.3%）. The DST screening results were in the normal range.Conclusion] It is very important that raise the level of low birth weight management and carry on the health education to the infants＇guardian to promote the child health growth and development.
