摘    要:本文对从平原(海拔1400m)进驻海拔3700m和5380m高原第7天及半年的56名官兵进行血浆内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)检测,并与20名平原健康青年作对照。结果:进驻海拔3700m和5380m第7天和半年,ET均较平原增高非常显著(P<0.01),NO在进驻5380m第7天和半年及3700m第7天时较平原降低非常显著(P<0.01),3700m居住半年时较平原无显著性差异(P>0.05)。进驻高原第7天及半年,5380m较3700mET增高非常显著(P<0.01),NO降低非常显著(P<0.01)。进驻3700m和5380m,第7天较半年ET显著增高(P<0.05或P<0.01),NO降低显著(P<0.05)。结论:作者认为低NO和高ET血症可能是高原低氧引起肺动脉高压的重要原因之一。

Abstract:Plasma endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO ) of 56 young people were determined when they arrived on high altitude (3700m ) and higher elevation (5800m)from plain (1400m)for 7 days and 6 months, and are compared with 20 healthy youths in plain. The results show: entering high altitude for the seventh day and 6 months, ET increases very obviously (P< 0.01), NO decreases notably (P<0.01 ),but there is no notable discrepancy when they arrived at 3700m for 6 months (P> 0.05). At 5380m ,ET increased obviously than at 3700m (P<0.01), NO decreased notably (P <0.01); entering high altitude,the ET of the seventh day is higher than that of 6 months, NO is lower (P<0.05 ).The writers consider that: hyponitric oxide and hyperendothelin is perhaps one of the reasons of pulmonary hypertension which is caused by altitued hypoxia.
