P_(16)蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义

目的 :探讨 P1 6 蛋白在子宫内膜癌发生中的作用及与细胞增殖的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化方法对 33例子宫内膜癌 P1 6 蛋白和增细胞核抗原 (PCNA)进行检测。结果 :P1 6 蛋白在子宫内膜癌的阳性率为 6 0 .6 % ,显著低于正常子宫内膜 (10 0 % ,P<0 .0 1) ,且随组织学分级增加而逐渐降低。 PCNA在子宫内膜癌中阳性率为 81.8%。结论 :P1 6蛋白与子宫内癌的发生发展相关 ,测定子宫内膜癌 P1 6 蛋白的表达有助于确定肿瘤的分化程度。

The Expression and Significance of P_(16) Protein and PCNA in the Endometrial Carcinoma

Subject: To research into the effect of P- 16 on the genesis of endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with cell proliferation. Methods: The expression of P-{16} protein and proliferation cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) were determined in 33 specimens of endometrial carcinoma by immunohistochemical staining and compared with 12 normal controls. Results: In carcinoma group, the positive expression rate of P-{16} protein was 60.6% ; while in the normal group, it was 100%( P <0.01). The positive expressive rate of P-{16} protein of endometrial carcinoma group declined with the increasing of the histological grades. The positive expression rate of PCNA was 81.8% in endometrial carcinoma group. Conclusions: P-{16} is related to the genesis and development of endometrial carcinoma. The determination of the expression of P-{16} protein may help to decide the degree of differentiation of the tumor.
