云南灯盏花胶囊治疗慢性肾功能衰竭60例临床研究

目的:观察云南灯盏花胶囊治疗慢性功能衰竭(CRF)的疗效。方法:将120例CRF患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。在常规治疗基础上,其中治疗组给予云南灯盏花胶囊治疗;对照组给予尿毒清颗粒剂治疗。30天为1疗程,一般观察2个疗程。结果:治疗组显效9例(15·0%),有效44例(73·3%),无效7例(11·7%),总有效率为88·3%,与尿毒清(81·7%)相比无显著差异(P>0·05)。结论:云南灯盏花胶囊治疗慢性肾功能衰竭,效果肯定,其疗效与尿毒清颗粒相当,且无明显毒副作用。

A Clinical Study on the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure Patients with Yunnan Deng Zhan Hua Capsule

Objective: To observe the exact effectiveness of the treatment of chronic renal failure patients with Yunnan Deng Zhan Hua capsule. Methods: 120 CRF patients were divided into one test group and one control group, 60 patients in each group at random sample. Based on the routine treatment, the test group was treated with Yunnan Deng Zhan Hua capsule while the control group was treated with Niao Du Qing granule. Thirty days is a course of treatment, making the observation for two courses. Results: Among 60 CRF Patients treated by Yunnan Deng Zhan Hua capsule, 9 people was obviously effective (15.0), 44 was effective (73.3) and 7 was null (11.7). The rate of the total effectiveness was 88.3. The comparison with the group treated by Niao Du Qing granule (81.7) showed no significance differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effectiveness of the treatment of CRF is certain and equal to the effectiveness of Niao Du Qing granule and has no obvious toxic and sidet effect.
