| 摘 要： | 目的：观察自拟止嗽汤治疗喉源性咳嗽的疗效。方法：将92例患者分为治疗组52例，服用自拟止嗽汤治疗；对照组40例，服用奥亭治疗。两组均观察2个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率92．3％，对照组总有效率75％。两组相比有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：自拟止嗽汤治疗喉源性咳嗽有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Zhisou decoction in the treatment of laryngeal cough. Methods： A total of 92 cases were divided into experimental group （52 cases） and control group （40 cases） . Patients in expermental group were treated with Zhisou decoction, while patients in control group were treated with Aoting （Cofetol Cough Syrup） . Clinical effects in the two groups were observed for two courses.Results： The total effective rate in experimental group and control group was 92.3% and 75% respectively, with significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05） .Conclusion： Zhisou decoction has better therapeutic effect to laryngeal cough. |
