| 摘 要： | 目的：了解依那普利辅助治疗肺心病心衰的疗效。方法：在抗炎、改善通气基础上观察加用依那普利后心衰改善情况。结果：依那普利组与对照组相比肺心病心衰症状改善明显，心率下降明显，而血压无明显变化。结论：依那普利可改善肺心病心衰，提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | This paper aims to understand the auxiliary curative effect of Enalapril on pulmonary heart disease.The method is to observe the improvement of heart disease with Enalapril on the basis of anti inflammation .The result showed that the improvement of heart disease with Rnalepril is better than that of the contrast,and rhythem of the heart is superior to the contrast group.Blood pressure alteration around treatment is not clear.Conclusion:Enalapril is able to improve pulmonary heart disease and the quality of life |
