| 摘 要： | 本文应用细胞杂交技术建立了分泌鼠抗人肺癌单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞系F-19,N-35,SIA-2。经14-16个月体外传代培养抗体仍稳定分泌。经用免疫组化技术对305例人肺癌组织和其它人体正常和非正常组织进行了鉴定,并探讨了这些单克隆抗体进人临床实用的潜力。

| Abstract: | Yunnan Gejiu lung adenocarcinoma cell line,i.e GLC,is used as the immunogen in this paper, Three hybridomas F19,N-35,STA-2,secreating McAb to human lung cancers have been established.After a long period cultured,their secreation of McAb are stable.A large number of human tissues have been tested and observd with the techniques of immunal cytochemistry and histochemistry.The clinical potentials of applycation of these three McAbs have also been studied. |
