Sialyl Lewis-X、E-cadherin和p16蛋白在胆管癌中的表达及临床意义

目的 :探讨唾液酸化路易斯 (SLe X)、E 上皮钙粘素 (ED)和p1 6蛋白表达在胆管癌中的意义。方法 :用免疫组化方法 ,检测43例胆管癌组织中SLe X和ED蛋白表达。综合分析了SLe X、ED和p1 6表达与胆管癌临床病理因素间的关系。结果 :在胆管癌组织中 ,SLe X、ED、p1 6表达阳性率分别为 67 4%、53 5 %和 44 2 %。SLe X高表达和ED及p1 6低表达与胆管癌的TNM分期、分化程度和转移密切相关 (P <0 0 5)。SLe X表达与ED和p1 6表达呈负相关 (r=- 0 .45 ,r=- 0 .49,P <0 .0 5)。结论 :检测SLe X、ED和p1 6基因表达可作为预测胆管癌生物学行为和预后的参考指标

Expresssion of Sialyl Lewis-X,E-Cadherin and p16 in Cholangiocarcinoma and its Clinical Meaning

Purpose: To explore the expression and significance of sialyl Lewis-X(SLe-X),E-cadherin(ED),p16 products in cholangiocarcinomas. Methods: The expression of SLe-X,ED and p16 in 43 cases of cholangiocarcinoma tissue was respectively investigated by immunohistochemical technique. The relationship between expression of SLe-X,ED,p16 and the clinicopathological factor of cholangiocarcinoma was analyzed. Results: The positive expression rate of SLe-X,ED and p16 in cholangiocarcinoma was 67.4%,53.5% and 44.2%,respectively.The high level expression of SLe-X,the low expression of ED and p16 were positively correlated with the TNM phase,differenttiation degree and metastasis in cholangiocarcinoma(P<0.05).Moreover,the expression of SLe-X was a reverse correlation wth ED and p16 expression in cholangiocarcinoma(r=-0.45,r=-0.49,P<0.05). Conclusion: Expression of SLe-X,ED and p16 could be helpful in predictingthe biological ehavior and prognosis of cholangiocarcinoma.
