| 摘 要： | 对1例消化道异物穿孔的病例进行研究并结合文献复习，提示消化道异物穿孔发生率低、无特异临床表现，影像学检查阳性率低，腹腔镜检查是明确诊断的微创方法，剖腹探查在诊断和治疗上同样具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Based on retrospective study of one case of foreign body-induced gastrointestinal perforation and systematic review of related literature, we found that foreign body induced-gastrointestinal perforation was characterized by low incidence and none specific clinical or imaging manifestations.Laparoscopy as a minimally invasive procedure could help to get definite diagnosis, while laparotomy seemed to be equally important in disease diagnosis and treatment. |
