博乐欣缓释片与氯丙咪嗪治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性比较

目的:比较博乐欣缓释片与氯丙咪嗪治疗抑郁症的临床疗效,为抑郁症的临床治疗提供依据。方法:将68例符合CCMD-3抑郁症发作诊断标准的抑郁症患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组34例给予博乐欣缓释片治疗,对照组34例给予氯丙咪嗪。于治疗前及治疗后采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、副反应量表(TESS)进行对照研究评定。结果:经6周治疗后,观察组总体有效率为82.35%(28/34);而对照组有效率76.47%。两组有效率之间的差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组的HAMD评分均显著降低(P0.05)。两组间的差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组各种并发症发生率为38.24%,显著低于对照组的64.71%(P0.05)。结论:博乐欣缓释片对抑郁症患者具有良好的治疗效果,且显效时间快,不良反应轻微,可在临床上推广应用。

A Compare of Efficacy and Safety between Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets and Clomipramine in Patients with Depression

Objective ：To compare efficacy between Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained -release Tablets and Clomipramine in patients with depression ,providing information for the treatment of the disease. Methods ：68 depression patients confirming the CCMD-3 diagnostic criteria for major depressive episode were randomly divided into observed group and the control group, in which 34 patients in observed group given Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained -release Tablets , while patients in control group given Clomipramine. The HAMD and the TESS were used to assess the depression extent before and after treatment .Results：After 6 weeks treatment, the overall effective rate of observed group was 82.35% （28/34）, the control group was 76.47%. The difference between the two groups in efficacy was not significant difference （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the HAMD score of two groups were significantly lower （P〈0.05）. The difference between the two groups was not statistical significantly （P〉0.05）. The incidence of complications of observation group was 38.24%, significantly lower than the control group with 64.71% （P〈0.05）. Coneluslon：Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained -release Tablets has good therapeutic effect for depression patients, and markedly faster time, mild adverse reactions. It should be applied in clinical practice.
