| 摘 要： | 目的：从微循环角度阐明中药浴治疗类风湿关节炎的机理。方法；对130例类风湿性关节炎患者于中药浴前后进行甲襞微循环观察。结果：中药浴可明显改善微循环障碍（P＜0．01），加快血流速度（P＜0．01），解除红细胞聚集（P＜0．01）。

| Abstract: | Objective: To expound the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs bath for treatmenf of rheumatoid arthritis from the angle of microcirculation. Methods: Observations were made on nailfold microcirculation in 130 patients with rheumatoid arthritis before and after traditional Chinese medicinal herbs bath. Results: Traditional Chinese medicinal herbs bath could obviously improve disorders of microcirculation (P<0.01), increase blood flow velocity (P<0.01) and eliminate the aggregation of erythocytes (P<0.01). |
