摘    要:大气污染颗粒物已成为全球人口过早死亡的主要原因之一,与呼吸系统、心血管系统等多种疾病直接相关。近年来我国环境污染问题日趋严重,对可吸入颗粒物(particulate matter2.5,PM2.5)造成的潜在健康风险有效干预已成为我国国民基本的民生需求和医药研究领域亟需解决的重大科学问题。本文采用文献计量学、关联规则挖掘和共词聚类分析等方法,从国内PM2.5研究团队、研究单位地区分布、研究领域、研究热点及健康相关研究热点等方面,对2003—2013年国内生物医学类科技期刊中大气颗粒物研究文献进行了分析。为相关研究人员,特别是医药研究领域研究人员及时、快速了解国内PM2.5研究信息和发展动向提供参考。

Abstract:Particulate matter (PM) has become one of the most serious causes of premature death in the world. A variety of diseases of respiratory system, cardiovascular system is directly related to PM. In recent years, China's environmental pollution has become more and more serious. PM2.5 was one of the main pollution sources;therefore, it is significant to study effective interventions on potential health problem caused by PM2.5. In this paper, the distribution of research teams, research units, research fields and research hotspots concerning domestic atmospheric particulates from 2003 to 2013 were studied by using the literature metrology, association rules mining and clustering analysis methods. This could provide reference information and trends about PM2.5 to researchers especially medical researchers.
