中医补肾法联合西药治疗老年性痴呆的Meta分析

目的:通过对随机对照试验的数据进行Meta分析,比较中医补肾法联合西药和纯西药治疗老年性痴呆的疗效,为临床实践提供选择依据。方法:全面检索国内外有关数据库,收集比较中医补肾法联合西药和纯西药治疗老年性痴呆的随机对照试验,提取数据后应用Rev Man5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入11项符合标准的研究,将其中的8项报告了有效例数的研究进行Meta分析,合并RR=1.39,95%CI(1.25,1.56),漏斗图基本对称,提示中医补肾法联合西药对老年性痴呆的治疗效果优于对照组(Z=5.77,P0.01);将其中的7项报告了治疗后简易智能痴呆量表(MMSE)评分的研究进行Meta分析,合并MD=2.13,95%CI(0.84,3.41),漏斗图基本对称,提示中医补肾法联合西药对老年性痴呆在改善认知功能上优于对照组(Z=3.24,P0.01)。结论:从目前的研究结果来看,中医补肾法联合西药治疗老年性痴呆确实有效,但仍需进一步研究证实。

Meta-analysis on Traditional Chinese Medicine of Tonifying Kidney Combined with Western Medicine for Treatment of Senile Dementia

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) of tonifying the kidney combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile dementia and to provide references for choosing suitable treatment plan in clinic. Method: The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about TCM of tonifying the kidney combined with western medicine versus western medicine at home and abroad were comprehensively searched and collected. The data was extracted from each study and a meta-analysis was conducted with RevMan5.2.Result: Eleven studies were involved in the Meta-analysis, of which 8 studies reported on the effective cases were carried out by meta-analysis. The total RR was 1.39, 95%CI(1.25, 1.56) and the funnel plot was approximately symmetry. It was suggested that the effect of the therapy groups was better than the control groups (Z=5.77, P<0.01). Seven studies reported minimum mental state exconination(MMSE) scores were carried out by meta-analysis. The total MD was 2.13, 95%CI(0.84, 3.41) and the funnel plot was approximately symmetry. It was suggested that the therapy groups was better than the control groups on senile dementia in improving cognitive function (Z=3.24, P<0.01). Conclusion: TCM of tonifying the kidney combined with western medicine in treating senile dementia is effective. However, it still needs further study.
