大鼠尾静脉留置针固定方法的改进

摘    要:目的探讨静脉留置针在清醒大鼠尾静脉的留置时间。方法将100只Wistar大鼠随机分为两组,即实验组和对照组,采取相同的方法分别进行尾静脉留置针穿刺和置管,对照组采取传统的固定方法,即用3M透明敷贴固定;实验组在此基础上,再用厚约0.1 mm的铝合金皮套管环形包裹在留置针外侧,分别记录留置时间。结果实验组大鼠尾静脉留置针的留置时间为(166.86±9.03)h,对照组的留置时间为(20.24±5.04)h,两组留置时间相比较,差异明显有统计学意义(P#0.01)。结论改良的固定方法安全可靠,能够延长静脉留置针的留置时间,为静脉留置针并发症的实验研究提供了一定的基础。

Abstract:Objective To explore Indwelling time of the rat tail intravenous indwelling needle. Methods 100 Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group, and given the same methods respectively by tail vein indwelling needle puncture and tube. the control group took the traditional fixed method, namely fixed sticking with 3M transparent dressing paste. On the basis of this The intravenous indwelling needle of the experimental group were wrapped by circular winding with thick 0.1mm aluminum skin tube. We should record respectively the indwelling time. Results The indwelling time of the experimental group was (166.86?.03)h, the one of the control group was (20.24?.04)h. Two groups of retention time comparison, the difference had obviously statistical significance (p?0.01). Conclusion The improved method is safe and reliable, which can prolong the indwelling time of the intravenous indwelling needle, and provides a basis for experimental study on complications of intravenous indwelling needle.
