左氧氟沙星序贯疗法治疗社区获得性肺炎46例疗效观察

目的]探讨左氧氟沙星序贯疗法治疗社区获得性肺炎的疗效。方法]对社区获得性肺炎有效病例88例，随机分为治疗组46例和对照组42例，治疗组以左氧氟沙星序贯疗法，以加替沙星静脉滴注为对照进行临床观察。结果]两组的临床疗效、细菌学检查、不良反应等无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论]左氧氟沙星贯疗法治疗社区获得性肺炎可缩短住院时间，降低医疗费用，减少不良反应发生，使患者依从性提高，是治疗社区获得性肺炎的理想疗法。

Community Acquired Pneumonia Treated with Levofloxacin Sequential Therapy

Objective]To explore the cure effect of Levofloxacin Sequential Therapy on community acquired pneumonia. Method] Randomly divide 88 cases into treatment group 46 and control one 42, the treatment group takes Levofloxacin Sequential Therapy, the control one Gatifloxacin by intravenous drip;make clinical observation. Result] There＇s no marked difference on clinical effect, bacterial check or bad reaction（P〉0.05）between two groups. Conclusion] Levofloxacin Sequential Therapy can shorten in-hospi- tal time, reduce medical fee and bad reaction, therefore improving patients compliance, is an ideal method for community acquired pneumonia.
