| 摘 要： | 目的探讨倍他乐克治疗充血性心力衰竭(congestive heartfailer,CHF)的疗效及安全性.方法将230例患者随机分为两组,对照组用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)、洋地黄、利尿剂等内科常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用倍他乐克,疗程为18个月.结果治疗组比对照组总有效率提高(P＜0.01),左室射血分数(left ventricular eiection fraction,LVEF)升高(P＜0.01),死亡率下降(P＜0.05).结论倍他乐克是治疗CHF的安全、有效的药物.

| Abstract: | Objective: To invetigate the curative effect in treatment of betaloc in patients with congestive heart failur (CHF). Methods: 230 cases were randomly divided into two grourps: In the control group, paitents were treated with angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI), diuretics, digitalis and conventional therapy for 18 month. In the base of control group therapy, paitents in the rapeutic group were treated with betaloc for 18 months. Results: The whole effective rates of the rapeutic group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). The left ventricular ejection fraction of the rapeutic group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.01) and the death rate was lower (P<0.05). Conclusion: Betaloc was effective and safe in treating CHF. |
