| 摘 要： | 目的比较研究子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌病的超声诊断价值。方法 2009年1月～2011年1月在我院接受超声检查并确诊的子宫肌瘤患者50例和子宫腺肌病42例。结果超声诊断的50例子宫肌瘤患者经病理证实46例,超声诊断符合率92.0%,超声诊断的42例子宫腺肌病经病理证实38例,超声诊断符合率90.5%。结论以二维声像图特征为基础,结合彩色多普勒血流显像及临床资料综合分析,可提高对子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病的诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the diagnosis value of ultrasound for uterine fibroids and adenomyosis.Methods From January 2009 to January 2011 in our hospital,ultrasound confirmed 50 cases uterine fibroids,adenomyosis 42 cases.Results Ultrasound diagnosis 50 cases uterine fibroids in patients with pathologically confirmed 46 cases,the ultrasound diagnosis rate was 92.0%,the ultrasound diagnosis 42 cases uterine adenomyosis with pathologically confirmed 38 cases,the ultrasound diagnosis rate was 90.5%.Conclusion By the two-dimensional sonographic features,combined with color Doppler flow imaging and clinical data analysis,can improve the diagnostic rate of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis. |
