| 摘 要： | 目的探讨DWI与动态增强扫描相结合在乳腺病变鉴别诊断中的作用。方法分析60例经手术病理检查证实的乳腺疾病患者的DWI与动态增强扫描资料，对两种诊断方法的结果进行分析。结果DWI、动态增强扫描对乳腺疾病的敏感性均较高，特异性略低。结论DWI信号特征、ADC值测量与动态增强扫描结合，对乳腺良恶性病变的鉴别诊断有较高的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the DWI and dynamiccontrast-enhanced scan the combination of the differential diagnosis of breast lesions.Methods All 60 cases were analyzed and confirmed by pathology examination of breast disease patients with DWI and dynamic contrast enhanced scan data,the results of the two diagnostic methods were analysis.Results DWI,dynamic contrast-enhanced scan sensitivity of breast disease are high,specificity is slightly lower.Conclusion DWI signal characteristics,the ADC valuemeasurement and dynamic enhanced scanning with highclinical value of the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. |
