胃十二指肠回声型造影剂超声检查方法及临床意义

目的探讨胃十二指肠超声诊断的检查方法及其临床价值。方法口服有回声型超声助显剂充盈胃腔后，对980例中胃十二指肠超声检查阳性病例的随访分析，总结胃十二指肠超声检查的方法学和临床价值。结果超声诊断阳性病例93例，其中进展期胃癌25例，消化性渍疡18例，胃息肉5例，食道下段（胃底）贲门癌8例，胃实质性肿瘤6例，胃窦炎23例，胃黏膜囊肿3例，胃下垂8例，阳性检出率9．49％，与胃镜诊断符合率93．9％，与病理诊断符合率为86．6％。结论充盈法胃十二指肠超声检查，对常见病具有较高的检出率，是理想的胃十二指肠检查方法。

Gastroduodenal sonographic technigue and clinical significance with echogenic contrast agent

Objective To discuss the method and clinical value of gastroduodenal filled ultrasound. Methods Gastroduodenal ultrasonography with stomach filled with congtrast agent was performed on 980 cases and the results were analyzed retrospectively. The methodology of gastroduodenal ultrasonography and clinical value were analyzed as well. Results There were 93 cases with positive diagnosis, of which 25 cases were advanced gastric cancer, 18 cases were peptic ulcer, 5 cases were gastric polyps, 8 cases were cardia or lower esophagus cancer, 6 cases were gastric substantive tumor, 23 cases were gastic antral inflammation, 3 cases were gastric cyst, 8 cases were gastroptosis.The total positive rate was 9.49%, Compared with endoscopic diagnosis,the correct rate was 93.9%, Compared with the pathological diagnosis, the correct rate was 86.6%. Conclusion Gastroduodenal ultrasonography filled with contrast agent detects gastroduodenal diseases with high positive rate, it is an ideal method for routine examination in stomach and duodenum.
