| 摘 要： | 目的：观察洁康洗剂治疗带下病与湿疮的临床疗效。方法：将100例带下病患者和100例湿疮患者分别按8：4和6：3比例随机分为2组。试验组采用洁康洗剂治疗，对照组用洁尔阴洗液治疗，观察治疗前后症状、试验指标改善情况。结果：试验组总有效率分别为92．60％和92．00％；对照组总有效率分别为81．60％和78．30％。洁康洗剂与洁尔阴洗液比较，前者治疗带下病和湿疹效果优于后者（P〈0．05）。结论：洁康洗剂治疗带下病和湿疹疗效确切，无明显ADR发生。
